So, as you can tell from our last post, we were definitely craving some clean eating and getting back into our normal routine once we got off the ship. I pulled together what I could find in the pantry to make this smoothie to help with bloating and make me feel better. It was pretty good and pretty easy to throw together. See the recipe below………..
Cruise Detox Smoothie
- 2 Scoops of Raw Organic Green Superfood
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 cup of Fage greek yogurt
- 2 cups of Trader Joes organic tropical fruit blend
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 cup of almond milk
* Makes 1-2 servings approx. 16 oz.
